Fox in Socks Day!

 

The children loved to show off their crazy socks. We took the opportunity to count and compare. I was impressed with how many friends remembered on a Monday! 

 

 

 

Dr. Seuss was great at rhymes! We have been playing a rhyming game this week.  Many of the children had a hard time thinking up and finding rhyming words. I will post a little more on the importance of rhyming and some ideas later this week.

 

 

Green Eggs and Ham Day!

 

It was a beautiful sunny day today!

We got out the chalk and the children loved using the snow to change the how the chalk looked and felt as they created. Sorry about the messy hands.

 

 

 

We experimented with "green eggs" today.

They loved seeing the reaction between the baking soda and vinegar.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remember it is crazy hair day on Wednesday and Mismatch day on Thursday.

It was a short but busy week!

 

 The children loved painting with trucks so much we had to do it a second time!

  

 

We added construction and community helpers props to dramatic play.
